Lois Markets Crispy Shrimps

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:

1 pound Whole Shrimps with Head On

Garlic

Butter (unsalted)

Salt

Paprika

2 Whole Lemon

1/2 punch Cilantro

2 stalks Green Onions

1/3 cup of oil you can use one of these choices (peanut, vegetable or canola) **do not use Olive Oil***

Cook:

Wash shrimp with cold water! Drain excess water

Heat oil in large pan and drop shrimp in pan

Stir to coat shrimp in oil

Cook shrimp until crispy brown and flip as needed to ensure all sides is crispy about 5 minutes on high heat if using electric stove, gas stove medium heat is fine

Add Butter Garlic Paprika and Salt.

Reduce heat and toss shrimps in all the yummy

Cook for additional 3 minutes

Plate shrimp and add chopped cilantro and chopped green onions. Slightly toss

Add lemon wedges on platter/plate and pure excess oil from pan over shrimp (you can skip this but I love the extra flavor)
